Mares Puck Air: simple, comfortable, economical and complete

Complete RGBM dive computer at a competitive price

One button for easy operation

Computerized pressure and air consumption measurement

Packed into a sporty, functional design is all the information that enthusiasts never want to lose. Guided by the Puck Air in every moment you will know what to do. In particular, thanks to the Easy Access System, navigation within the computer menu has never been easier. The new Puck series computers are perfect for those who want a tool of great simplicity.

Computerized air pressure sensing provides data on remaining bottom time based not only on depth, but also on the rate at which air is consumed by breathing, increasing dive time and safety control

It's a full-featured RGBM computer with larger fonts for easy reading and backlighting on demand. Single button operation for easy scrolling through menu options.

RGBM
The RGBM (Reduced Gradient Bubbles Model) algorithm, developed by Mares-Wienke, takes into account the phenomenon of micro-bubbles, to prevent their formation as much as possible. In over 10,000 dives monitored by Dr. Bruce Wienke in the Los Alamos laboratories, the formation of microbubbles has been studied and evaluated in order to better understand the mechanism of formation during the dive. RGBM is now the most advanced algorithm because it reduces the formation of microbubbles without affecting the duration of the dive.

Precautionary Program Settings
The Puck can be individually set and adjusted to more conservative profiles if necessary. When you make several dives or a multi-level dive in a single day, you can choose different levels of settings to set the computer to a more conservative dive profile.

Easy Access
Easy Access buttons allow the diver to use the computer in any condition, even when wearing thick gloves. Navigating through the computer's programs is extremely easy and intuitive, whether it's a one-button or two-, three- or four-button computer.

Superior readability
In order to offer easy-to-read instruments in all circumstances, Mares produces computers with large screens, intense backlighting, high contrast and large bright digits. Special attention is also paid to the reading angle to eliminate angular distortion and ensure maximum readability at all times.

Powerful backlighting
Mares computers are known for their powerful display backlighting, made possible by an intelligent power management system and the use of standard batteries. The display can be illuminated temporarily or with a fixed backlight (depending on the model) to allow better readability during night dives or dives with limited visibility.

User-replaceable batteries
The user can replace dead or depleted batteries at any time and place. Standard batteries can be purchased almost anywhere in the world. With a Mares computer, there is no need to interrupt a dive due to a dead battery, and all data is stored in complete safety.

L-RGBM is now the most advanced algorithm because it reduces the formation of microbubbles without affecting the duration of the dive.

Along with a few other manufacturers, MARES has equipped its computers with a feature that allows the use of standard user-replaceable batteries. This allows the diver to replace dead or depleted batteries whenever and wherever he or she wishes. Standard batteries can be purchased virtually anywhere in the world. With a MARES computer, there is no need to interrupt a dive due to battery depletion, and all information is retained.

Both timed and fixed (patented).
