Shipping Italy

Our shipments are entrusted to the courier Bartolini or SDA, which offers the possibility to ship goods with a one-week timeline.

Orders received on the same day are delivered on average in 5/7 working days. The courier does not deliver on holidays and weekends (Saturday and Sunday). If the recipient is absent, a notice is left on which a telephone number can be contacted to arrange directly with the carrier for delivery. If it is more convenient for you, it is possible to pick up the package directly at your local Bartolini or SDA office.
All shipments are monitored via tracking code appropriately emailed to the Customer when goods are in motion. Simply enter the Waybill number given in the email we will send you to view the status of your shipment.
Rates are calculated based on the weight of the goods. The system automatically calculates the shipping cost, which is clearly visible before the conclusion of the purchase procedure and order submission.

Upon delivery of the goods, the customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered correspond to what is indicated in the transport document
- that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing tapes
In case of tampering and / or breakage, the customer must immediately dispute the shipment and / or delivery received by the carrier.

Our prices include everything: fuel surcharge, storage in case of non-delivery on the first attempt, and all handling costs.
